1. Our Photo Editing Services
We offer every type of Professional Photo Editing Solution manually including:

Every file is edited by hand, with precision, for high-quality, professional results.
2. Turnaround Time
Delivery time depends on the image volume and complexity of the project. We will confirm the estimated turnaround at the time of quotation. While we do our best to meet deadlines, delays caused by unclear instructions, missing files, or revision requests may affect delivery.
3. Quotes & Orders
There is no charge to get quotes. You can request a quote through our website by uploading your images and outlining your requirements.
Once a quote is approved and confirmed, the order is considered active. Any changes after confirmation may impact pricing and turnaround.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments in Canadian Dollars (CA$).
Projects can be billed hourly or project-wise, as per agreement.
Invoices must be paid before delivery unless otherwise discussed.
For regular ongoing clients, monthly billing options are available.
5. Revisions
We offer free revisions if the delivered files don’t match the original instructions. Additional requests or changes beyond the original scope may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
6. File Handling
All submitted files must be owned or licensed by the client. We do not accept responsibility for copyright issues related to client-uploaded content. Final edited files will be delivered via a secure download link.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Projects can be canceled before editing begins at no charge. If work has already started, partial payment may apply based on progress. Refunds are not applicable for completed services unless there’s a proven quality issue.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All images and project information are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties. NDA agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.
9. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website or services. This includes attempting to hack, duplicate, reverse-engineer, or exploit our platform or content for unauthorized purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are always committed to bringing perfection to every project, but we are not liable for losses or damages arising from delays, technical issues, or any content provided by the client.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
